Pertemps Tm is seeking two Youth Development Workers to join a supported accommodation service in Penzance, for young people aged 16–25. This temporary agency role offers 37 hours per week at £15.34 per hour and runs until the end of September 2026.
You will provide one-to-one support, help develop plans, and empower young people to move towards independent living. Key requirements include experience with young people, safeguarding knowledge, and a proactive, person-centred approach.
