Tripod Partners are recruiting experienced SEND Case Officers for Bristol City Council, covering Pre-14 and Post-14 teams. This role supports children and young people through their EHCP journey, offering meaningful casework in a well-established SEND service.
You will manage Education, Health and Care Plans, coordinate Annual Reviews and transfers, and build strong partnerships with schools, families and partner agencies while ensuring statutory timescales are met.
