Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a busy Family Help Team in Blandford, Dorset. Contracts are 3-6 months with regular supervision and hybrid working, offering high rates at £38-42 per hour for 37 hours per week. SW England registration and UK residency are required, with driver preferred.
The role focuses on strengthening families, supporting children through Early Help to court proceedings, and working in a trauma-informed, restorative practice environment.
