CCP invites applications for a Family Support Practitioner in Dorset. This is a bank/casual role with flexible hours, covering 7 days a week and evening work, including home visits, schools and community settings.
You will support families through practical help, mediation, advocacy and supervised contact, delivering therapeutic interventions where needed. A full driving licence and own transport are essential; empathy and reliability are key. £13.45/hour + holiday pay + training.
