Dorset Council is recruiting eight Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to help deliver the Best Start Family Hub model for children aged 0–5 and families across Dorset. These roles focus on early identification of needs and inclusive practice, within a highly relational, community-based setting.
BSIPs will join the Best Start Workforce, delivering direct support through Family Hubs, drop-ins, appointments and group activities, with travel across Dorset and a fixed-term end date of 31 March 2029.
