Adult’s Social Worker, Senior Practitioner, Community Team , Bristol Pay rate £35 per hour Contract role, Community Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Bristol This is to work in a Community Team Role:
Undertake Care Act Assessments, Reviews, S.42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest Decision, participate on duty rota (every 15-20 weeks), Court of Protection work and to facilitate forensic and community mental health hospital discharge where applicable. The role also include completing assessment and reviews of service users care needs who are placed and supported out of area placement. Experience using LAS is preferrable.
