Caretech is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for term-time work (39 weeks/year) to join our therapeutic education and residential team. You will collaborate with Clinical Psychology and MDT colleagues to deliver trauma-informed behaviour support for children and young people with ASD and complex needs.
The role emphasises assessment, planning, and delivering training to staff, with a focus on positive behaviour support and safeguarding.
