are looking for a Supervising Social Worker Lead for their fostering service that covers
South West/Bristol . This is a permanent and
full-time position that is hybrid working (once a month in the office).

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

This Independent Fostering Agency is a established fostering service in the South West. This service is rated 'Outstanding' by OFSTED. This team is guided by Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP), attachment theory and trauma-informed care.

• Lead safeguarding practice across the agency.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Provide supervision, leadership and support to staff.
• Support foster carers to provide therapeutic care.
• Act as Adviser to Foster Panel and present reports where required.
• Quality assure assessments, reviews and practice standards.
• Promote DDP-informed and trauma-responsive approaches.
• Work collaboratively with children, carers, local authorities and partner agencies.

The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience in
Fostering. Fostering management experience is ideal.

• Up to £45,000

• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
