Quant Developer – Equities (London)

CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a world-renowned investment firm to hire a Quantitative Developer for its London Equities team.

The Role

Build and enhance the firm’s equity research and trading infrastructure. You’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to develop robust data pipelines, backtesting frameworks, and production-grade tools that support systematic and discretionary equity strategies.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience as a Quant Developer / Software Engineer in a trading or research environment
Strong Python engineering skills (C++ or Java a plus)
Experience building data pipelines, research tooling, and scalable systems
Good understanding of equity market data and systematic or fundamental investment workflows
