In this role you’ll take full technical ownership of complex, multi‑faced projects, handling architecture, Dev Ops, delivery, and stakeholder management simultaneously. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring and developing the wider technical team, acting as a senior escalation point and driving engineering excellence across the business.

• Strong architectural and systems design capability across complex, multi‑axis delivery environments
• Track record of mentoring developers and technical leads to elevate team‑wide engineering standards
• Excellent stakeholder management able to navigate demanding client environments and challenge requirements constructively

• Substantial hands‑on software engineering background with progression into technical leadership
• Experience owning Dev Ops/CI‑CD practices, code quality standards, and non‑functional requirements
• Comfortable contributing to technical pre‑sales, proposals, and solution discovery work

Hybrid role in central Bristol. Salary up to £80,000.
