Inzpire - Expression of Interest - Software Developer (UAV)

We are a defence and technology company that designs, develops and delivers advanced defence training products and services.

The role involves developing software for synthetic training devices, including stand‑alone applications and Mixed‑Reality integrations focused on unmanned systems.

• Flight dynamics modelling and simulation of unmanned air (or other) systems.
• Python scripting.
• Mav Link protocols and communications.
• Programming in C, C++ or C#.
• Building applications with .NET MAUI.
• Networking (UDP) and video streaming.
• VR, AR, MR integration and development.

Experience with collaborative development tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git) is essential. SCRUM development methodology experience or qualifications are advantageous.

UK National only;
National Security Vetting may be required. At least 5 years UK residency.

Travel to MoD Boscombe Down twice monthly, with at least one overnight stay.
