The Role Lead Agile software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions Design and build cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure or GCP Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical decision-making Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive Dev Ops, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices What you will need? Proven experience leading software engineering teams Strong cloud experience Hands-on development background in Java, .NET
