M-KOPA is hiring its first Lead Engineer - AI Agents to design, ship, and scale production-grade automations and multi-agent systems across global operations. You will own delivery, grow the function, and prove value for internal teams and customer-facing staff.
You will work with Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and Lang Chain to ground agents in real organizational context, lead three engineers, and set priorities across 2,500+ employees in multiple regions.
