Lead Software Engineer

We're recruiting for a Lead Software Engineer/ Team Lead to join a leading defence organisation in Bristol. This is a hands on Team Lead role where you'll provide both technical leadership and line management to a team of software engineers, while remaining actively involved in software development, system architecture, design reviews, integration, and delivery.

The Role

You'll lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality solutions are delivered to meet customer and business requirements. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you'll play a key role in system level architecture decisions.

Technical Environment : C++ (modern standards) , Visual Studio, Jira, Git, Simulation based and networking systems. QT Framework (not essential)
