Up to £440 / day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join 1 of our leading technology clients based in Gloucestershire.

In this role, you will serve as the technical authority for the engineering team-guiding system architecture, ensuring high code quality, and driving the deployment of scalable, secure enterprise .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and Dev Ops while mentoring software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Solution Design:
  Guide architectural decisions and design scalable, secure, and efficient .NET Core Web API applications.
• Code Quality & Mentorship:
  Perform thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and coach team members to support technical growth.
• Dev Ops & Deployment:
  Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud application deployment, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Stakeholder & Delivery Management:
  Partner with QA, Dev Ops, and Product Owners to manage deadlines and drive project milestones.
