Job Description & How to Apply Below
Lots of businesses talk about connecting their systems. Not many give you the opportunity to actually make it happen. If you're an Integration Engineer who's tired of working on the same platform, maintaining the same interfaces or being handed technical specifications with little say in the solution, this might be the change you're looking for. We're working with a major UK organisation with a complex technology landscape, significant investment in its data capabilities and a growing appetite to make its systems work smarter together.
And that's where you come in. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of enterprise integration. You'll be joining a growing Data & Development team responsible for connecting applications, improving data flows and helping the business make better use of its technology. The environment includes Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Microsoft Fabric and a range of enterprise applications. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, design integration approaches and deliver solutions that make a tangible difference to how the business operates.
And because the team works across the wider data and development landscape, there's plenty of opportunity to broaden your experience beyond integration alone. What are they looking for? Someone who understands how enterprise applications connect and has the technical confidence to make those integrations happen.
Ideally, you'll have:
Hands-on experience delivering application or systems integrations.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or a comparable enterprise integration platform. A good understanding of APIs, data flows and integration principles. Experience working with complex business applications or ERP environments. The ability to engage with stakeholders, understand requirements and take ownership of delivery.
Experience with Oracle Fusion would be particularly interesting, but the right integration background and an ability to learn are equally important. What's in it for you? This isn't a role where you'll be hidden away writing interfaces. You'll have visibility across the organisation, involvement in a wide range of projects and the freedom to help shape how systems communicate.
You'll also join a team working with modern data platforms, low-code application development and emerging AI technologies, offering genuine opportunities to expand your technical skills. The package Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience. Hybrid working – two days per week in Solihull. Broad exposure to enterprise applications and integration technologies. Continued career development within an established and growing data function.
If you're an Integration Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with people and seeing the impact of what you deliver, this is well worth exploring. Unfortunately my client is not in a position ot provide sponsorship for this opportunity. Don't delay, apply today!
