Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Operations Management Team at Longwell Green Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Cover Duty Manager.
As a Cover Duty Manager You Will
- Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Be a pro-active member of the Centres Operations Management Team
- Drive excellent standards of customer satisfaction.
- Drive performance of health and fitness, and swimming.
- Assist with Health & Safety monitoring and you will assist with monitoring the cleanliness of the facility both internal and external.

- Are flexible in your approach and understanding of the business needs.
- Have a current NPLQ qualification
