Join Nuffield Health as a Driver in our Hospital Sterile Services Unit (HSSU) based at the Bristol HSSU Hub. This permanent, part‑time position (22.5 hours per week) offers up to £24,358 pro rata, depending on experience.

As a Driver, you will transport sterile and disinfected surgical equipment across our local hospital network. The role requires a full driving licence with a C1 entitlement (rigid vehicles up to 7.5 t GVW) and a digital tachograph card. A CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is advantageous, but training is provided. You should be comfortable with manual handling (trolleys up to 250 kg), possess basic knowledge of driver hour legislation and be a friendly ambassador for the unit and customers.

• Collect and make deliveries to our customers.
• Keep equipment and delivery vehicles in good working order and report any faults or defects.
• Maintain a clean, tidy work environment and identify stock issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate tachograph records and documentation.
• Be flexible with working hours; shifts operate between 4 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday, with varying times on Saturdays.
