You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, and you can sing along as loud as you like. In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van!

All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. Please note shifts will vary and more information is included below to help you understand what that might look like.

• Deliver top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
• Be customer facing and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Work with pre-planned routes and pre-loaded vans as part of the Ocado Logistics process.
• Support the safe and efficient operation of daily delivery activities, including adherence to schedules and quality standards.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol in some deliveries.
• Good communication skills for a customer-facing role.

• Recruitment team will conduct Online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks.
• Invitation to tour the site and meet the team for a Q&A session.
• Disclosure and Barring System (DBS) check will be completed.

  Any 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts; more information provided during pre-boarding.
• Shifts:
  
  AM & PM; start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 00:00; rota available up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure:
  Lunar pay (paid every 4 weeks).
• Hourly Pay Rates:
  Monday to Saturday basic rate £13.44;
  Evening Premium (£1.12 from 6pm) and Sunday premiums as listed;
  Overtime rates apply as specified.
