  :
  Uphold rigorous health and safety standards and foster a safety‑aware culture throughout the transport distribution arm.
• Performance Metrics
  :
  Evolve KPI approach, manage fleet policy and legal requirements, quality standards and budget, ensuring effective service to the customer.
• Performance Management
  :
  Manage under/over performance, probation, return to work, PDP, annual reviews and disciplinary actions.
• TMS Expertise
  :
  Utilize experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and business systems to drive operational efficiency.
• Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration
  :
  Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.

• Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background –
  Essential
• Transport Management CPC –
  Advantageous
• Experience with in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background –
  Essential
• 5+ years experience at Transport Shift Manager level –
  Essential
• Managed teams beyond 30+ employees/drivers through direct reports –
  Essential
• Exceptional people management and leadership skills –
  Essential
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement –
  Advantageous
• Working knowledge of TMS systems –
  Essential
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities –
  Essential
• Commutable to Southmead area, Bristol 5 days a week –
  Essential

• Salary – £33,500 to £35,500 (DOE)
• Company profit share up to 40%
