We have some fantastic opportunities to join us as a Ramp Agent at Bristol Airport!

• Support the safe arriva l, positioning and turnaround of our aircraft.
• Ensure specialist airside vehicles and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
• Load of the aircraft, adhering to loading instructions and weight and balance parameters.
• Work to legal regulations and company requirements; operating all equipment in a safe manner and maintaining a clear and safe working environment for you and your colleagues
• Ensure the delivery of an efficient and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.

Working in all weather conditions, this is a physically demanding role. In order to work safely in an Airside environment and operate our vehicles, candidates must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence and pass a Medical, administered by the airport.

• £16.15 per hou r plus an additional £4.04 per hour for unsociable hours ( hours worked between 11:00pm and 04:59am)

This role is available on a 37.5 hour per week Fixed Term contract basis until November 2026, with the potential to increase to return for Summer 2027.

This is a rostered role that requires shift working, so flexibility is required - shift patterns are a rolling shift pattern of 4 shifts on, 2 rest days off. Shifts will include very early starts, late finishes, working weekends & bank holidays . You will receive you roster 4 weeks in advance.

Ideal candidates will have experience with aircraft handling including pushback, marshalling and headset. In order to work safely in an Airside environment and operate our vehicles, candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to pass a Medical, administered by the airport. You will ideally hold a valid Airside Driving Permit for Bristol Airport. With a positive and conscientious approach, you will be able to prioritise effectively and ensure the safety of our customers, yourself, and your Team.
