** Salary**£13.80 per hour, based on a 40 hour week with possible overtime

At Stagecoach, our Bus Depot Service Assistants play a vital behind‑the‑scenes role in keeping our buses clean, safe, and ready to hit the road. You’ll be an essential part of a supportive team helping to maintain a modern fleet as our depots continue to evolve, with low‑emission and electric vehicles.
** What you’ll be doing:
*** Fuelling and oiling our fleet of buses and coaches
* Driving (shunting) vehicles safely around the depot and parking them correctly
* Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles, including deep cleans and under-chassis washes using approved equipment
* Keeping our premises tidy and hygienic, including washrooms
* Carrying out vehicle changeovers, breakdown support, and collecting/delivering vehicles or parts when needed
* Logging fuel and oil usage and completing daily checks on equipment
* Supporting your team and contributing to a safe, efficient depot operation

* What we’re looking for:

*** A UK driving licence licence
* A positive, can-do attitude and pride in doing a job well
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping things clean and safe
* A team player who communicates clearly and supports others
* Willingness to learn, we’ll train you on everything you need to know
