Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - 45 hours a week - 9 hour shifts

We're now looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

• You will be delivering canteen supplies, ambient, chilled and frozen food into the prison services which is palletised.
• Pushing and pulling dollies up to 200kg.
• There will be around 3 to 4 drops per day, depending on which route you are allocated.
• Manual handling will be required.
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to the Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations.
• Regular completion of vehicle checks.
• Manual handling of customer products.

• Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance).
• Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates.
• Are able to work in a role that requires manual handling and regular heavy lifting.
• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Will have 12 months recent driving experience of HGV vehicle; this is essential.
