While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather. In return we pre-plan your route and pre-load your van. You’ll work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, and on top of your base pay you receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.60 per hour. You can also stack your earnings with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions.

We don’t need previous experience; bring yourself and a positive attitude. You must have a full UK or EU driving licence, minimum 12 months driving experience, maximum 6 penalty points and no driving disqualifications in the past 5 years. You must be over 18 to apply. Good communication skills are essential.

• Contracted days: 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts

  AM & PM, starts as early as 05:30 and ends as late as 12:00 AM. Rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure:
  Paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.08
• Sunday Day Premium: £15.36
• Sunday Evening Premium: £16.59
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
