** Transport Allocator Planner
** to join the supportive and successful team at their
** Bristol (Winterstoke Road)
** site.

* Working Hours:

**** 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, and every 2nd Sat 8am-12pm

* Location:

** Winterstoke Road, Bristol, BS3 2NS

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Plan and coordinate transport operations alongside the Branch and Transport Managers to meet customer demands
* Communicate effectively and facilitate good working relationships with drivers, suppliers, and customers
* Utilise Excel and Word to create transport schedules and reports and manage associated administrative tasks
* Manage logistics, including route planning and vehicle allocation
* Drive continuous improvement in transport processes
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Skills and Experience:

*** Logistic and transport planning experience with awareness of Transport Legislation
* An understanding of building materials would be desirable
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
* Strong IT skills and regional geographic knowledge
* Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
