We are hiring a full-time, permanent Grab Driver based in Fareham, earning over £44,140 annually (based on 55 hours/week).
- Operate 8‑wheel Grab vehicles transporting aggregates and muckaway between sites.
- Drive out of strategic South East locations, representing the company’s commitment to recycling 100% of waste.
- Minimum 50 hours guaranteed at £14.40/hr, with overtime paid at higher rates on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Require Category C (Class 2) license, Driver CPC, Digi Tacho, and ideally 1+ year experience; previous muckaway experience is a plus.

- Work schedule involves minimum 10‑hour shifts Monday to Friday, with additional weekend overtime opportunities.
