Pay: £19.50-£22.50 per hour

Job Description:

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers on behalf of our client to join a well-known distribution site based in Severn Beach, Bristol (BS35 4DF
). This position is immediately available for multi‑drop work delivering cages of stock safely into convenience stores across the Southwest.

• Hold a valid C licence
• Hold a valid Tacho and CPC card
• No more than 6 points (no DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
• Have a minimum of 6 months of commercial driving experience

• Monday to Friday
• Tuesday to Saturday
• A flexible weekly rota covering the busiest days would be ideal (Monday, Friday & Saturday)

• Weekdays: £19.5
• Weekends: £22.5
• O/T After 48 hours: £22.5

• Delivery of cages containing food/drink by handballing products/cages into designated areas and ensuring the collection of empty cages when applicable.
• Multiple drops per shift.
• Health & Safety must be followed at all times.
• Ensure all scanning and paperwork is completed correctly.
• Complete all drops on time to the best of your ability.
• Average shift length is between 9‑12 hours.
• Consistently work in a safe, reliable and competent manner.
• Have a good understanding of and comply with all transport legislation, i.e. working time directive, driving hours/breaks and tachograph laws.
• Ensure the goods being delivered match the delivery paperwork.
