Initial Washroom Hygiene Service Driver

We are currently seeking a Service Driver to join our dedicated team at the Bristol branch, covering Gloucester, Bath, Swindon and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as comprehensive industry‑leading training is provided. This role involves driving, managing your own schedule and delivering excellent customer service.

• Base salary of £26,655 per annum with an additional £1,000 per year allowance.
• Expected OTE of £27,500 per annum with bonus and commission schemes.
• Full‑time, permanent role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (potential to work up to 48 hours in future with increased salary).

• Visit multiple customer sites to service washroom products such as feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats.
• Load and unload units and floor mats, requiring physical fitness.
• Ensure vehicle safety, drive responsibly and follow RI Drive Smart guidance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check where required.
