HGV Class 2 Drivers Based Mercia Park Ongoing - Monday to Friday with potential temp to perm Start time: 06:00

Pay Rates:

Weekday - £15.00 to £16.00 plus holiday pay Driver Require are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Mercia Park The role as a Class 2 driver will include:

Carrying out daily checks on the vehicle you are assigned for a job.

Completing minor repairs to the vehicles where necessary and appropriate to do so.

Reporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport Team Ensuring the load is strapped down Driving a Class 2 Lorry to and from their customer locations

Multi drop (up to 7 drops) to warehouse/RDCHandballing required – Pump truck

Liaising with Customers Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts

Effectively managing your driving time so that you don’t acquire infringements.

Class 2 Driver requirements:

Must have 6 months Class 2 Driver experience

Strapping and loading experience needed

Be mindful of the vehicles when driving to customer eg fitting into tight spaces
