HGV Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 (Category

C) Driver to join one of our well-established clients based in Stockport. This is an ongoing contract with the opportunity of a full time position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a driver looking for work Monday to Friday, with a consistent route and to work for a well known client in the area. Please note that there is also an opportunity to earn additional overtime on Saturdays.

The Role:

Start Time: 4:00am Monday to Friday Optional Saturdays available as overtime Job & Finish typically finishing around 2:00pm, although many days can be completed earlier. The same route every day, providing consistency and routine. Delivering caged supplies to customers. Daily route :
Chesterfield, Return to depot to reload, Middleton Providing excellent customer service at delivery points. Completing all vehicle checks and delivery paperwork. Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category

C) licence. Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred. Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations. Pay & Benefits:
Paid Weekly via PAYE- £16.81ph Minimum 8 hours paid. The above rate include holiday pay. If you prefer to accrue holiday separately, the pay rate would be £15.00ph. Please note that if a full time position is offered you will receive the following;
