Ubico is seeking an inspirational leader to develop all aspects of our drivers and fleet operations in the Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and West Oxfordshire regions. You will analyse systems to understand driver performance, coach teams, and drive down emissions while enhancing vehicle and driver efficiency.
