Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

Immediate We are currently recruiting for 2 HGV Class 2 Driver / Loader positions based at the Derbyshire Dales Serco depot in Longcliffe.

Key Responsibilities Drive 26-tonne and 7.5-tonne refuse collection vehicles as required. Carry out daily refuse and recycling collections safely and efficiently. Assist with refuse loading when required to support the team and complete collection rounds. Complete daily vehicle and machinery inspections, reporting any defects before and after use. Use in-cab technology and mobile devices to record collections and complete paperwork in real time.

Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and equipment. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with members of the public and other road users. Follow safe lifting and manual handling procedures at all times. Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Valid Driver CPC qualification. Previous experience driving HGV vehicles. Willingness to undertake refuse loading duties as part of the role. Good communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, reliable and safety-conscious. A clean driving licence is desirable. Benefits Temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable, high-performing employees.
