Salary: £35,766.10 per annum + £1,000 joining bonus if you hold a valid CVIT SIA licence

Shifts:

45 hours per week across 4 days (11.25 hours including paid breaks), with shifts between 4:20am and 8:00pm and weekend work on rota basis ABOUT

THE ROLE As a Secure Transport Driver (internally known as a Cash in Transit Officer), you'll help transport cash safely and securely.

No two days are the same. You'll switch between driving and courier duties, working solo or alongside a partner to keep operations running smoothly.

Uniform & PPE providedMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Work alone or with a partner - either as a driver or a courier.

Keep the ATMs stocked by securely transporting and replenishing cash.

Follow company procedures and complete required documentation.

Drive and park responsibly, following the Highway Code, company policies, and Health & Safety standards.

Build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.

Communicate clearly with colleagues and branch management to resolve issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

KEY REQUIREMENTS Ability to provide a continuous 10-year employment and education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).Valid Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).Valid CVIT SIA licence is desirable. If you already hold one, you’ll receive a £1,000 bonus after completing probationary period. If not, you can obtain it through our fully funded training programme.

Conscientious driving, with full adherence to the Highway Code at all times.

Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
