We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse operations and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys physical work, and is also comfortable with office tasks and systems.

Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock audits
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
Administrative Duties:
- Process shipping and receiving documentation
- Update inventory records and databases
- Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
- Communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
- Support purchasing and order tracking. Handle general office tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence

- Previous experience in warehouse or administrative roles preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg
- Forklift certification training (desirable)
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
