Here at GXO, we're recruiting for an ICQA Lead to support our operation s is a full time
, permanent role, working 3 on / 3 off nights
, where you'll take ownership of all inventory control and stock accuracy activities, leading a team and ensuring operational excellence across the site.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Lead and coordinate all inventory control activities, ensuring high levels of stock accuracy
  • Manage cycle counts, stock takes and audits, investigating discrepancies and driving root cause resolution
  • Lead, motivate and develop stock operatives, setting clear expectations and performance standards
  • Ensure accurate system updates and reporting within the Warehouse Management System
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture, maintaining a clean, compliant and audit ready environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or ICQA within a warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of stock accuracy, audits and inventory processes
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast paced operation
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to influence operational stakeholders
