Period Standard Hourly Rate Overtime Rate (1.25x)

First 12 Weeks £13.07 £ 16.34

Post 12 Weeks £14.16 £ 17.70

The Role You will be a key part of our logistics chain, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Picking & Packing:
  Accurately selecting items for dispatch.
• Goods Receiving:
  Handling incoming shipments and verifying stock.
• Inventory Management:
  Using basic computer systems to track movement.
• Operational Support:
  Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be dependable and ready to jump in. Essential:

• Transport:
  Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own car (due to site location).
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in Picking, Packing, or Goods Receiving.
• IT
  
  Skills:
  
  Basic computer literacy is required. Desirable (But not essential!):
• Forklift / VNA Licence:
  If you don’t have one, we want someone willing to learn and get certified.
• SAP Knowledge:
  Previous experience with SAP software is a plus, but training can be provided.
