Order Picker - Pinchbeck At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Order Picker to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Pinchbeck. This role involves selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily targets. Shift patterns: 06:00 - 18:00 | Mon - Sun | Fixed Pay rates: £14.74 hourly Must-have requirements for Order Picker:
Good physical fitness - standing, walking, lifting, and moving items for long hours. Attention to detail - picking the correct products and quantities. Basic English and numeracy skills - reading labels, orders, and using scanners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork skills - working well with supervisors and colleagues. Time management - meeting picking targets and deadlines. Reliability and punctuality.

Health and safety awareness. Desirable requirements for Order Picker:
Flexibility with shifts and overtime. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment. Role for Order Picker:
