Weekend Warehouse Operative

Job Description

As a Weekend Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you will be at the heart of preparing orders for customers in our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Bristol. You will work in both Ambient and Chill areas (down to 0°C) and help around the warehouse, including picking, packing and receiving.

• Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes. Handle goods with care and ensure the right products go in the right bags, with support from robots.
• Receiving goods from suppliers (Inbound operatives). Inspect items to ensure they are in excellent condition before placing them into totes for pickers and robots.

• Pick – Days (Saturday & Sunday): 06:00 to 16:00;
  Nights (Friday & Saturday): 19:00 to 06:00
• Inbound – Days (Saturday & Sunday): 07:00 to 18:00;
  Nights (Friday & Saturday): 19:00 to 06:00

• Salary: £13.09 per hour (basic rate) plus a night‑shift premium of £3.34 per hour for the period between 23:45 and 05:45.

• No prior warehouse experience required. Bring a positive attitude, plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
