Warehouse Operative

Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days.

Pay: £15.07-£17.59 per hour (day shift £15.07; afternoon, late and night shifts £17.59).

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We offer a permanent full‑time position with a variety of shift patterns. Part‑time work may also be available.

• Night shift – 22:00‑06:00
• Day shift – 07:00‑15:00
• Afternoon shift – 15:00‑22:00

• Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
• Keep accurate records.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
• Potential opportunities beyond picking, e.g. goods in and loading operations.

• Aged 18 or over.
• Physically fit and able to meet productivity targets.
• Friendly, positive, hard‑working approach.
• Experience in a warehouse environment or manual handling equipment is an asset but not essential.
