Full‑time permanent position. Working Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts between 6am and 6pm, with some flexibility required.

• Salary up to £16.17 per hour, paid four‑weekly.
• 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

• Lead and coordinate a team of operatives across the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receipt, preparation, and dispatch of items for the HPC build.
• Monitor quality checks and compliance standards for safe storage and transport.
• Manage workflow and priorities to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Act as the first point of contact for your team, providing guidance and resolving issues quickly.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support different operational areas and changing priorities.
