Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative - Packing & Scrap Management position based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global organisation, working within a busy warehouse environment on a permanent night shift.

Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:

• Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Monday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Tuesday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
• Finish at 06:00 Friday morning

Salary: 27,000 per annum
Additional: 25% Shift Allowance

As a Warehouse Operative within the Packing & Scrap Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed to the highest standard while supporting efficient waste and scrap management processes across the warehouse.

• Packing products accurately and safely for dispatch
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Managing and disposing of scrap materials in line with company procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Supporting warehouse operations to ensure production targets are met
• Using warehouse equipment and systems as required
• Following all health and safety guidelines

• Previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production experience
• Good attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
• Understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment

• Permanent, full-time position
• Salary of 27,000 per annum
