37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern:
Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 14:00 - 22:00 Salary: £27,000 per annum The Role As a Warehouse Operative within the Picking team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected and prepared for dispatch.

This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach.

• Picking customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and scanners
• Selecting products in line with order requirements and dispatch deadlines
• Checking stock for accuracy and quality
• Moving products safely throughout the warehouse
• Preparing orders for packing and dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse functions as required

• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
