Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative - Packing & Scrap Management to join their team in Bristol. Working Hours37.5 hours per week
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday,
22:00 - 06:00 (finishing at 06:00 on Friday morning).
As a Warehouse Operative within the Packing & Scrap Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are packed accurately and efficiently while supporting the effective management of warehouse waste and scrap materials. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Pack products accurately and safely for dispatch.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Manage and dispose of scrap materials in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support warehouse operations to help achieve production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment and systems as required.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Salary of £27,000 per annum plus 25% shift allowance
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
