) for Warehouse Operatives
The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
- Contract- Full Time / Permanent
- Location - Bristol Depot (BS11 0YW
)
- Shifts- 5 days over 7 days
- Wednesday
- Sunday 6am - 2.30pm
Premium Pay rates:
- Overtime paid at x1.5 basic rate
- Saturday paid asic rate, Sunday paid at 1.5 basic rate
- Additional 23% uplift of base rate for unsociable hours worked between 6PM - 4AM
- Customary/Public Holidays paid at X2
- Operating chill trolley packers and chill shrink wrappers.
- Loading / unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Stock rotation.
- Date code checking.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Risk assessments and basic PMS.
- Consistent quality control inspection and awareness, assuring customer expectations and product standards are maintained.
