Element Recruitment are partnering with an established manufacturing business on their search for an organised and proactive administrator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming deliveries and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate transport bookings where required
- Act as a key point of contact between departments to support smooth operational flow
- Accurately complete goods receipt and related administrative paperwork
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or documentation queries
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse and operational teams
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and administrative software
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
