We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability professional to join our team in Bristol, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies across the organisation
  • Conduct sustainability assessments and identify areas for improvement in our operations
  • Manage and track key performance indicators related to environmental and social impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business processes
  • Create and maintain sustainability reporting in accordance with recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate sustainability initiatives and progress
  • Stay current with environmental regulations and ensure compliance across the organisation
  • Lead sustainability-focused projects and initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction efforts
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainability best practices
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences related to sustainability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sustainability or a related field
  • Experience working on EMS and ISO
    14001
  • Proficiency in environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices
  • Expertise in carbon footprint assessment and reduction strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability software
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP or CSR-P are preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive change across the organisation
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex sustainability challenges
