What you’ll be doing- Designing across social, web, CRM and UI for Gen Z audiences
- Bringing ideas to life in Figma
- Supporting senior creatives by rolling out concepts across multiple formats
- Polishing decks, presentations and client‑facing assets
- Sharing inspiration, trends and experimenting with AI + new tools
- Some agency experience under your belt (preferable)
- Strong visual instincts and attention to detail
- Interest in digital culture, social platforms and youth audiences
- Organised, collaborative and keen to learn
You’ll work on meaningful, high‑profile projects, get hands‑on experience early, and be supported to develop your skills — without fear of getting things wrong.
