• Create compelling and visually appealing content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and aligned messaging
• Engage with followers and build a loyal online community through regular interactions and moderation
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media
• Design and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness
• Utilise analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure our content remains relevant and fresh
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional initiatives and business objectives

• Proven experience as a content creator or social media specialist (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Video editing skills are essential
