The OpportunityWe are looking for an ambitious SEND LSA to join our dedicated team from 2nd February 2026 until 31st August 2026 to generally work with a pupil on a 1 : 1 basis. If you join us, a typical week in this role may see you supporting teaching and supervising a pupil with SEND in a safe and inclusive manner, ensuring their well‑being and access to learning, monitoring and assessing pupils in both the indoor and outdoor areas.
You will support the teacher to deliver high quality learning and interventions, using the planning provided by the lead teacher for those classes.
You are likely to have gained excellent teaching skills and experience in engaging pupils and working collaboratively with colleagues through your career or personal experience. You will be able to bring to us professionalism and enthusiasm. You will have an appropriate Level 2 qualification or above.
