We're working with a welcoming primary school in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol to recruita dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
Your Role Will Include:
Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs Collaborating withclass teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans Building apositive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress Supporting emotional regulation and social development Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
What We're Looking For:
A caring,empathetic, and patient approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs an advantage, but not essential
